After placing your order through this website, you'll receive an email with information about what to expect next and how to contact Reignmaker with any questions you might have.
We will send information that we will need you to complete and return to Reignmaker. This information will ask about how you want your Auto Attendant set-up, as well as the email addresses for each of your users so we can set up their Visual Voicemail services. In some cases, we will also ask you to help us ensure your bandwidth and network are ready for VoIP traffic by performing a simple test via an email that we send to you.
Once we collect this information, we'll begin building your company's new phone service.If you are porting telephone numbers over from your previous provider, we will handle that on your behalf, as well.We will also coordinate installing your Internet access if you purchased that.
Depending on the services you have ordered and how quickly you complete the required post-sale information, Reignmaker can have your system ready and your equipment shipped in as little as 15 business days. In most cases, installation can take as long as 30 to 45 days.
You will be able to track the status of your order online using the login account that you will create during the order process.
